Large 19" Laptop Bag Pattern
|
These coordinating laptop and fashion bag patterns were my first venture into designing for quilted fabrics. The laptop bag will fit a regular 17" laptop (measured diagonally) and has plenty of pockets for your papers and accessories. The fashion bag has a practical zip top and has lots of pockets.!!
Debby's Purse pattern is a great hobo-style purse that is simple to make. It measures 17" wide at the base and is 9" at center. There is a large zipper pocket (easy to do!!) and a smaller lipstick or cellphone pocket inside with plenty of room for you to organize your things. Debby's purse can be made using purchased handles or self fabric ones.
The Grace Collection - Part I These designs and patterns were over a year in the making and are the result of a collaboration with my friend Sadia Andrews. If you are a machine embroiderer you will love these freestanding lace designs which sew together to make the most adorable baby slippers, booties and bonnets.
The Grace Collection - Part II "Sentimental Laces" The collection includes both freestanding lace designs that are stitched in the hoop and then sewn to your project and laces that are embroidered directly to the fabric. They are the perfect compliment to the other Grace collections.
The Grace Collection - Part III Sadia and I continue the heirloom embroidery journey with "Traditions" What better way to celebrate, than with items embellished with traditional lace shapes. "Traditions" is made up of Crosses, Diamonds, Edging and Ribbons collections as both Sadia and I listened to friends who desired smaller affordable groupings. Traditions laces perfectly compliment Grace I & II collections.
Nancy's Bag Pattern is for a large fashion bag that has lots of style and pockets!! There are two styles, one with an elastic top and the other with cording and grommets.
Bobbi's Bag Pattern is a larger shoulder bag with a more squared shape and lots of pockets!! It is easy to make and I do hope that you enjoy it!
Kitty's Knapsack Pattern is a fun pattern suitable for children, tweens, teens, young mothers and the young at heart!
With so many of you making purses for weddings and proms I though I
would suggest the following styles as each offers a smaller size purse
pattern.
Fiona's Purse Pattern
comes in three sizes and has a machine embroidered cutwork flap. This is such an elegant design and just perfect for the mother of the bride!
Lily's
Purse Pattern has a beautiful petal shaped top
and is accompanied by a selection of machine embroidered eyelet
designs (sold separately). These elegant and versatile designs can also be used on your outfit for a co-ordinated look!
Molly, Abby & Jenny all come
in three sizes, each with a different shaped flap. Try embellishing the flap with purchased laces or rows of bead trim for an evening out!
Rose's
Purse Pattern was released last Spring and proved to be very popular with it's silk ribbon flower
corsage. I think anyone in the wedding party would love to carry any
of these designs!!
The jewelry rolls have been
especially popular for
bridal showers and the garment bag
is so simply constructed that you will be making bags for all your friends!
